About Me

My photo
I'm just the average American guy looking to spread my story. You'll get to know me as the aspiring artist, aspiring being the key word. I also love to make people laugh and for the most part, do a good job at it, even at the expense of embarrassment.

Day 1

Today is the first day I embark on this journey of blogging my life to the world… yea… weird I know. Its sounds different as I am typing all this down, but my days seem not so normal. I’ll give you all an inside look at who I am real quick. I’m an 18-year-old average American teenager. I am currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati and am majoring in Electronic Media. My life long dream is to entertain people any way possible but I’d like to be on television as the next Ryan Seacrest… you’ll find out I’m a strange person eventually.

The day began at 9am when my alarm went off. The first thing I usual do when I wake up is to check my phone, like any another teenager, and then get on Facebook. My first text of the day is from my girlfriend Madison. You’ll be hearing her name a lot throughout this blog so I’m apologizing for that now. What bugs me about living in a dorm is that you have to wait for the showers. Now in my dorm we have like 14 showers but only 1 has the perfect temperature and pressure. All the other ones are either way too hot or have incredibly hard pressure so I always wait for the good one. Anyway, I wake up at 9 so I can get in the good shower, but this morning someone was in there. I was like, ok ill wait, I’m in a good mood, and he can’t be too long. 30 minutes later… he gets out. I have to leave for class in 15 minutes… oh shit-take mushrooms… a quick shower jeans and a t-shirt later I’m out the door for class.

So that wasn’t the greatest start but as I’m heading to class I totally forgot to have breakfast! NO LUCKY CHARMS? So I had to settle for Bugles from the vending machine… oh well. I get to class and the teacher isn’t there. We all wait for 10ish minutes and the teacher comes finally. The class lasts an hour and 20 minutes and I paid attention for like 30 minutes of it. I didn’t even have my laptop out either; I’m a great daydreamer apparently.

Lunch went by and then my Literature of the Holocaust class went by without a flinch. I have English after that with Greg Taylor. We banter back and forth while the teacher just kinda glances at us. I asked Greg if we had anything due and he said, ”Yea dude, we had to critic some website sources. Dang, of course I didn’t do it, but I’m an innovative guy! I pulled out my laptop and began to type and look at websites for sources, guess who finished in class before she collected it? This guy did. Got out of the bit of trouble without a synch.

Dinner was great today, Panini sandwich with French-fries… oh yea… it’s heaven in food form. Afterwards I went and played soccer for a while, it was entertaining to say the least. I went with 3 of my friends Danny, Laurie and Missy. Now I’m no professional at soccer but it was fun playing with people not quite up to your level… haha just kidding. We played for about 2 hours while these 2 guys played right next to us. They were kind of strange and weird. I also learned that apparently I have an old man shuffle before I shot a ball, whatever.

Lost is on at 9… I CAN NOT miss that show, it is fantastic! AND it is the final season so this is a big deal. So it was all about Desmond, which makes me really happy because he is one of the best characters. The shoved him in some box that exposed him to electromagnetic energy and he didn’t die? How does that happen? Only on Lost I guess.

So now I’m writing this blog now, which has kept me busy since about 10pm, and I’m happy to report that this has opened my eyes to many things about my life. This is pretty much my average day. Futures blogs will focus more on individual things but I thought I =d give you a taste of my day. I hope whoever is reading this gets a smile on their face from hearing about my reality and making it their own “Fake Reality.”
